Returns/Refunds

Please note -- while we want to make sure every customer receives "the Perfect Bit", our bits - shanks and mouthpieces - are a final purchase.

We only do exchanges, we do not offer refunds.

If you have any questions about your Perfect Bit, once you have ridden in them, please give us a call.  We give each person, that purchases a bit from us, the opportunity to ride with their bit for 2 weeks.**  We want to make sure that you and your horse have the PERFECT bit.  If you feel like you need a different one, just give us a call, let us know what it’s doing (or not doing), and we will exchange it with any mouthpiece or shank length that we offer, as many times as we need to, until we get it PERFECT for you and your horse.
