#4 Double Rein Perfect Bit

2 1/4″ Purchase with 6 1/2″ Shank.

Our longest shank applies the most amount of curb chain pressure.
Great for horses that tend to be heavy on the hands.
Also great for those riders who can’t pull hard, especially small children.

The Double Rein gives you the ability to ride 2 sets of reins at the same time, or connect reins in the double rein ring to give you the feel of riding a d-ring (not applying curb chain pressure).

We measure our bits by the Purchase and the Shank.

The Purchase is measured from the top ring to the mouthpiece. The Shank is measured from the mouthpiece down to the bottom ring.

All mouthpieces are a standard 5 3/16″ wide.

All Perfect Bits are stamped on the inside right check to identify the shank and mouthpiece.
